About the Speaker

Greg Williams is a specialist Family Finance and Family Property barrister at Coram Chambers, London.

His work comprises: Financial Remedies; TOLATA and Schedule 1; and Inheritance Act 1975 claims. He is 15 years’ call. As well as his advocacy and advisory practice, he is available to provide early neutral evaluations as a ‘Private FDR judge’, in both TOLATA/Schedule 1 claims and financial remedy claims. He has been a standing lecturer for several years for MBL Seminars Ltd, and also represented the Chancery Bar Association at its Bermuda Conference in 2019 (trusts and estates panel). His first book: ‘A Practical Guide to TOLATA Claims’ was published in 2019.
