SLS Annual Gala Dinner Friday 8th October 2010
This year’s Annual Gala Dinner will be held once more in the elegant surroundings of The Reading Room and The Common Room of The Law Society in Chancery Lane and hosted by our President David Steed. Our guest speaker will be BBC's former Legal Eagle - Andrew Phillips, Lord Phillips of Sudbury.
There will be a Reception at 6.30pm in the Reading Room followed by the Gala Dinner in the Common Room. More than 140 guests joined us in 2009 with quite a few new faces as well as the 'usual suspects'. Those who attended last year's event all agreed that it was a splendid evening and this year's Gala Dinner promises to be even better.
Tickets for this brilliant evening are on sale now from the SLS administration office but numbers are limited, so don't leave it to the last minute! Click on Annual Dinner to request a booking form. Tickets are £85pp plus 17.5% VAT to include:
- Gala Reception with wine and soft drinks at 6.30pm in the Reading Room
- A sumptuous three course banquet with wine in the Common Room
- Tea or coffee and petit fours
Tables of 8 or 10 can be booked in advance and there will be a cash bar open throughout the evening in an adjoining room until 11.00pm for those who want to settle in for some serious networking.
