Have your say on the Solicitors Regulation Authority's decision to move away from rules based regulation to focus on the principles governing practice and the outcomes for clients. The strategy will give firms more flexibility and it is an important step away from tick-box compliance. We urge practitioners to take part in the process. Closing date for response: 6 March 2010
