Reliance on the Land Registry can blinker the conveyancer to the fact that large numbers of property rights will not feature on the Register but still bind purchasers, with potentially disastrous consequences.This course, which will be of use to residential, commercial and agricultural property lawyers, will look at some of the problem areas and effective solutions will be suggested.
