Session 2:
Following the discussions at our 2009 Family Law Day it was felt that we could usefully present a session on improving court applications and encouraging more solicitor advocates…so to echo the words of Michael Jackson ‘This Is It’…a lively and informative session, with plenty of time for those questions you always wanted to put to a District Judge.
District Judge Trigg was admitted as a solicitor in 1984 and appointed as a district judge in 2008. DJ Trigg is one of the growing number of District Judges who have expressed a desire to assist solicitors in improving the legal processes and reducing unnecessary delays.
