Join Elissa Da Costa for an overview of historical background to the rise of the pre-nuptial agreement in matrimonial financial case law together with an in depth analysis of Radmacher –v- Granatino and its impact on matrimonial practice as well as some useful pointers on the timing of the PNA, the advice to Clients, and requirements for disclosure. Since her call to the Bar in 1990, Elissa da Costa has become an established practitioner in her chosen field. Using a creative and innovative approach to finding solutions to client’s financial matters on divorce, she is also an experienced and principled negotiator as well as an assertive and effective advocate, being National Institute of Trial Advocacy trained.
