Sue Seakens was appointed Chief Executive of the Surrey Law Society in July 2007. Her background is in business management and administration. Her last role was as project manager of the Community Advice Training project in Berkshire and she is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and the Institute of Leadership & Management. Her current role is to assist in the strategic development of the Society extending membership benefits and services, marketing and facilitating the annual CPD and social events programme, editing the quarterly Surrey Lawyer magazine and generally promoting the work of the Society and its members to the wider community of Surrey.
